This private member area provides access to association documents, upcoming events, board information, forms, and community resources for Bells Island property owners.

Founded in May 1976, the Bell’s Island Property Owner’s Association is a voluntary,
nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the island’s future. Residents may join for
$150 per year. Dues help maintain the clubhouse and fund community events such as the
July 4 th Celebration and Parade, Bingo, the Fall Festival, Mother’s Day Breakfast and the
Father’s Day BBQ. Members are also invited to the annual Oyster Roast and Christmas
Party and may request a boat ramp key if needed.

And, importantly, as a member, you have a voice on matters on the island.
We encourage all new residents to become active members of the associations. You are
the key to our success!
